Established in 1985, Hixon Mfg. & Supply Co. serves professional surveyors and construction companies throughout North America with equipment sales, service, and training.  We are the largest Leica Geosystems dealer in Colorado and Wyoming.

Hixon Mfg. & Supply Co. manufactures prism poles, GPS poles, and other specialty equipment.  Our retail stores in Fort Collins and Denver, Colorado offer a full line of surveying and construction instruments and supplies, including GPS, robotics, conventional total stations, levels and lasers, wood, lath, and general supplies.

Training

Training is a large part of your experience with Hixon Mfg. & Supply Co.   From a few minutes training on a basic accessory, to multiple days for a high-end system, we want you comfortable with the products you purchase.  We understand this is about your livelihood.

Terms of Sale

Until a credit account has been established, all sales are C.O.D.  Contact us anything for a Credit Application.  For established accounts, all invoices are due and payable net 30 days from the date of invoice.  After 30 days, all unpaid invoices will have finance charges added until invoice is paid in full.  Checks returned unpaid for insufficient funds (NSF) will be subject to a fee of $50.00.

Freight and Delivery Charges

All prepaid freight is charged to the customer.  Delivery fees may be applied to all orders (call for pricing).

Returns

Products may be returned if ordered in error, but must be in the same condition as when they were purchased.  A 15% restocking fee will apply to items returned for other than warranty work.  Items special ordered may not be returned unless defective under warranty.  No merchandise will be accepted for return after 30 days of purchase.

Pricing

Prices for products are subject to change without notice.  Products may become unavailable because of discontinuance or out-of-stock status at any time without notice.

Price Quotations

Hixon Mfg. & Supply Co. is pleased to provide written quotations at any time.  Price quotations are good for 30 days.

Sales Tax

Hixon Mfg. & Supply Co. is required to collect sales tax for the state of Colorado.
